CONTRACTOR PROFIT GUARD
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 18, 2026
How we handle purchase, download, and support information.
1. Who this policy covers
Profit Peak Network operates Contractor Profit Guard at contractorprofitguard.com. This policy explains information handled through this website, purchases, downloads, and support. Contact support@contractorprofitguard.com with privacy questions or requests.
2. Information we handle
- Purchase information: information made available through Stripe, such as your checkout email, name and billing details when collected, order identifiers, product, amount, currency, payment status, and refund or dispute information.
- Download records: purchase-session identifiers, product-price identifiers, amount, currency, purchase date, and whether a transaction is live or a test. A browser identifier and its hash help tie download access to the browser used at checkout.
- Support correspondence: your email address, messages, receipt information, and attachments you choose to send.
- Technical information: our hosting and payment providers may process IP addresses, browser/device details, requested URLs, timestamps, and error or security logs to deliver and protect their services.
Payment card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Our website does not receive or store your full card number or security code.
3. Your workbook data
The downloadable workbook does not automatically send your job costs, customer details, or spreadsheet entries to us. Data stays in the files and spreadsheet service you choose. If you upload the workbook to Google Sheets or another cloud service, that service’s privacy practices apply. If you send a workbook or screenshot for support, we receive the information you include; please remove unnecessary customer or sensitive information first.
4. How we use information
We use information to process orders, verify payment, provide and protect downloads, answer support requests, issue refunds, prevent misuse and fraud, resolve disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Where a legal basis is required, these uses are based on performing our agreement with you, applicable legal obligations, and legitimate interests in secure service operation and customer support, subject to your rights. We seek consent where required for other uses.
5. Cookies and tracking
Starting checkout sets an essential first-party cookie named __Host-cpg-buyer. It contains a random identifier, is protected with Secure and HttpOnly settings, and expires after 30 days unless refreshed by another checkout. A hash is associated with your Stripe checkout session to prevent a copied purchase URL from authorizing another browser. Blocking or deleting this cookie can prevent download access; contact support for help.
The current website code does not include advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics. Stripe’s checkout and hosting services may use their own necessary security technologies under their policies. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through this website. We will update this notice before introducing materially different tracking practices and provide choices where required.
6. Service providers and disclosures
We use Stripe for payments and related fraud prevention, Netlify for hosting, functions, and order-record storage, and Dynadot for support email. Support messages may also be forwarded to and handled in Gmail. These providers receive information necessary for their services and may also process it under their own policies.
We may disclose relevant information when legally required or necessary to protect rights, investigate fraud, or respond to a dispute. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, subject to applicable transfer requirements.
7. Retention and security
We retain order and transaction information as needed for delivery, refunds, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and applicable legal obligations. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve requests and maintain relevant records. Retention depends on the information and purpose; cookie expiration does not delete purchase records. We do not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule to order records.
We use HTTPS, restricted server-side payment credentials, signed download authorizations, and browser-based access checks. No online service or storage method can guarantee complete security.
8. Your choices and rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information by emailing support@contractorprofitguard.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or to complain to a privacy regulator. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information required for legal or legitimate recordkeeping purposes. We respond as required by applicable law. Contact a provider directly about information it controls independently.
Our product is intended for adult business users and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
9. Updates
We will post policy updates on this page with a revised date and provide additional notice where required. Questions can be sent to support@contractorprofitguard.com.
