Plain-language terms for purchasing and using your residential repainting toolkit.
1. Who we are and these terms
Contractor Profit Guard is offered by Profit Peak Network (“we,” “us”). These terms cover this website and your purchase and use of the Residential Repainting Toolkit. Review them before purchasing. By purchasing, you agree to these terms and the Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and authorized to act for any business you purchase for.
2. What you are purchasing
You receive a downloadable spreadsheet workbook, guides, worksheets, and instructional media as described on the product page. This is a digital product; no physical item is shipped. The price is $39 USD as currently displayed, charged once. There is no subscription. Any applicable additional charges must be disclosed before you authorize payment. Stripe processes payments.
3. License for one business
After payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and adapt the toolkit for your own work or the internal operations of one business. You may keep backup copies and let employees or contractors working for that business use it on its behalf. You may share job-specific quotes and reports with your customers.
You may not resell, sublicense, publish, give away, or redistribute the toolkit, its blank templates, or a modified version as a competing template product. Sharing your purchase link does not grant others a license. We retain ownership of the toolkit; you retain ownership of the business data you enter.
4. Download access and support
After confirmed payment, download from the confirmation page using the browser used at checkout. Access uses an essential browser cookie that lasts up to 30 days; individual download authorizations expire sooner and are refreshed when needed. This is an access mechanism, not a 30-day limit on using a properly licensed downloaded copy.
Save a backup after downloading. Clearing cookies, changing browsers, or losing the confirmation page can require manual help. Email support@contractorprofitguard.com with your purchase email or receipt number. We may verify your purchase before restoring access. Automated product-delivery email, perpetual hosted downloads, future upgrades, and custom consulting are not included unless expressly offered.
5. Compatibility and your responsibilities
The workbook is an .xlsx file with no macros or add-ins. A basic recalculation has been confirmed in Google Sheets; full Google Sheets workflow testing and Excel application testing remain outstanding. The V1 workbook has 100 job slots and 300 review records, and its formula cells are unlocked. Review the product description and guides for limitations.
You are responsible for suitable spreadsheet software, accurate inputs, checking calculations and results, preserving formulas, and maintaining backups. Examples and sample rates are illustrative. The toolkit does not measure job sites or independently verify your estimates, labor rates, taxes, costs, or business records.
6. No guaranteed business results
The toolkit supports estimating and job review. It is not accounting, tax, legal, financial, or construction advice and does not guarantee a profit, savings, accurate bids, or any business outcome. Use your professional judgment and obtain qualified advice when needed.
7. Refunds
Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, including after downloading, by emailing support@contractorprofitguard.com with your purchase email or receipt number. You do not need to prove a technical defect or complete troubleshooting. See the full Refund Policy. After a full refund, your license ends: stop using and delete the toolkit, and further downloads are disabled. Duplicate charges and unresolved delivery problems are handled separately. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
8. Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide the product as described but do not promise uninterrupted website access or error-free operation in every software environment. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties not expressly stated and liability for indirect or consequential business losses caused by use of the toolkit. These provisions do not limit our refund guarantee or exclude responsibilities or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including for fraud or other conduct for which liability cannot be limited.
9. Misuse, changes, and questions
Do not bypass download controls, access another customer’s purchase, or disrupt the website. We may restrict access for misuse; this does not remove your statutory rights. Material license violations may end your right to use the toolkit. Updated terms will be dated here and apply prospectively; later changes will not retroactively remove the license or refund rights provided with your purchase.
